Calls made other than 8:00 - 5:00 EST Monday through Friday are automatically diverted to our live call center where details of your requirements will be taken and passed onto the appropriate AIDA staff member.

You should receive a call back from an AIDA engineer to process your request within 30 minutes.

In order to ensure a good level of "after hours technical support" we have electrical engineers, mechanical engineers and service & parts staff permanently available on the "after hours" call program.

In technical breakdown situations our engineers will provide, free of charge, telephone support. If it is not possible to fix the problem remotely an engineer will be dispatched at the earliest possible opportunity.

Standard service response times are workload dependant and for those customers who require a guaranteed service response time we would recommend a specifically tailored Maintenance Contract [Read More].
