An AIDA DSF-C1-1500, 150-ton, gap frame servo press, will be blanking HSLA material and demonstrating AIDA's Silent Blanking motion profile which can only be achieved using a servo press.
The demonstration will also highlight the versatility of AIDA servo presses and how they can improve virtually any stamping operation. These improvements include increased productivity, improved part quality, increased die life, reduced maintenance, and many more important issues for those in the stamping industry.

A DSF-N2-3000, 300-ton, two-point unitized frame servo press, will be part of a full production line.
AIDA-America has partnered with Dallas Industries (complete feedline), Pax Products (part/scrap removal & lubrication system), Heidtman Steel (hot rolled mild steel) and Automated Tapping Systems (servo-driven in-die tapping) to showcase this complete production line featuring a progressive die with a horizontal in-die tapping system.
AIDA introduced the world's first direct drive servo stamping presses more than a decade ago and continues to maintain the position of technology leader in the field. The AIDA Direct Drive Servo Former (DSF Series) is offered in many models from 80 - 3,000 metric tons.
AIDA has developed an Energy Conservation & Optimization (ECO) Servo Press Power Management System that replaces the mechanical energy of a flywheel with the electrical energy of a capacitor bank, reducing the factory power source requirements.
AIDA's Servoformer Application Training (SAT) utilizes local training and on-going support services, proving AIDA-America is an engaged and on-call partner. The SAT Program covers in-house and onsite training, as well as, Applications Studies, Servo Press Die Trials & Operator Training.
DSF Series Servo Press Control Platform featuring Allen-Bradley LOGIX PLC, now available on AIDA DSF Series Servo Presses, 315 thru 3,000 tons.
