Sales Administrator
Plays a critical role in supporting operational execution within the sales organization. This position focuses on ensuring accurate proposal preparation, order processing, data integrity, and cross functional coordination between Sales, Operations, Scheduling, and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, process driven, and comfortable working across systems and departments to keep orders and information moving efficiently from quote through fulfillment.
EDUCATION
Associates degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
Two to three years of progressive experience in sales operations, order administration, customer service, or administrative support.
Experience in manufacturing or a capital equipment environment is a strong plus.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM systems and SAP strongly preferred.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
