CNC PROGRAMMER Develop, test, and implement piece part programs for 5 axis portal mill style machines, 4 axis machining centers and 4 axis lathes. Implement processes and standards that produce component parts that meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

B.S. – Engineering in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required.
Associates degree and 10+ years of related experience also acceptable.

Two to five years working with the documenting assembly requirements.

Knowledge of DFM/DFA techniques with the ability to interact with related departments (e.g., Engineering, Planning, Quality).
In depth knowledge of machining principles and techniques.

Experience with Fanuc 15M and G&L 8000 series controls preferred but not required.

Ability to read and interpret blue prints and explain them to others. Work with 2nd shift as required.
Proficiency in using parametric technologies, Pro-E software and Pro-Mfg. software to create programs for in-house part machining.
Have a basic understanding of A-APT (machine programming language) software to create programs for in-house part machining when implemented.
Capable of using current computer software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access).

CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER Candidate is responsible to assist in installation and repair of equipment. Traveling required. Instruct customers on proper maintenance and repairs, perform inspections and prepare documentation, follow manufacturers' specification, and communicate and provide feedback to management to improve customer and associate satisfaction. Candidate must reside in close proximity to Alabama.

Associate Degree in a technical field or vocational degree with equivalent work experience. One to six years' experience in metal forming equipment installation and repair, mechanical drive maintenance and repair, electrical wiring and controls diagnosis and repair. General knowledge of material feeding and production line systems, rigging and millwright skills.

APPRENTICSHIP PROGRAM We are currently seeking entry-level Apprentices to join our team. If you are interested in a career in manufacturing, where you can grow and expand your electrical and mechanical skills, then we have a great opportunity for you.

Our ideal candidate will be enrolled in an engineering discipline pursuing their Associates degree in one the following areas:

  • Automation & Control Technology
  • Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • Electronics Engineering Technology
  • Computer Aided Manufacturing

We currently have 3 Apprentice positions open. We are planning to hire 1 person in each of the following areas:

Assembly Technician – Mechanical

Use precision measuring technology

Work with Programmable logic controllers
Install Electrical Systems

Field Service Technician – Electro/Mechanical
Two Year Program
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
