Automation Information
Automation Information & Overview
Flexibility That Can Produce Two Different Products SimultaneouslyThe first step in improving productivity is to consider your press line structure. The AIDA A-8II press to press transfer robot allows a high degree of line configuration flexibility, permits division of line flow and corner layouts and allows for your press line to include numerous presses of different sizes. The A-8II also allows for integrated processing, including tapping, and the use of both blank materials or coil materials. An optimized control panel includes a 99 feed pattern storage, monitoring of all work piece clamps, and a teaching playback system which allows the operator to view information regarding each robot on the display screen while inputting data.
