Manages the Engineering release of drawings, BOM data and Engineering changes as required to support the Engineering Release Schedule and Master Production Schedule. Maintains integrity of the drawing release, drawing control, and Engineering change functions. Promotes BOM integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
Associates Degree in Engineering, Materials Management, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of five years' experience in Engineering Bill of Material management, Engineering change management, and drawing control in a manufacturing environment. Complex capital equipment experience is highly desired.
In depth knowledge of Bill of Material structure, Engineering drawing release and change control processes.
Experience with the implementation of change on Engineering Bills of Material and effect on capital goods manufacturing operations.
Working knowledge of principles and techniques of Production Planning and Control.
In-depth knowledge of Engineering related function of ERP (MRP) system. Experience with SAP software is highly desired.
Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC application software.

Provide assistance to the Transportation and Shipping/Receiving functions by assisting the Logistics Manager in the Dayton office. The work will center on, but is not limited to, preparing transportation quotations, negotiating inland and installation pricing, preparing global shipping documentation and entering data into the SAP system. Will expedite and track inbound and outbound shipments and receive MRO and production items. Ability to gather and disseminate information to the appropriate external and internal customers is important. Provides back-up support for the Logistics Manager.
High School diploma. Job related seminars covering global logistics.
Minimum of five years' experience in a Manufacturing environment. Three years' experience in Logistics. General knowledge of freight carriers and related documentation, both domestic and international, parts receipt and parts inventory.
Knowledge of PC software including databases, spreadsheets and word processing. Knowledge of SAP system, knowledge of carrier related software, both air and ground, i.e. DHL, UPS.

CNC/MANUAL MACHINIST (3RD SHIFT)
Responsible for set up and operation of CNC (MH, MC and BSF) and Manual (240B) machining centers. Troubleshoots and provides assistance to other team members as needed or required to meet departmental objectives. Provides preventative maintenance assistance as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
Three to five years' experience on large, adjustable and fixed rail machines (3.75 meters between columns) utilizing CNC control systems Fanuc, AB, etc.
Ingersoll experience preferred.
Experience on large manual boring mills is also preferred.
Experience in machining large castings and steel weldments.
Knowledge of current cutting tools and applications.
Experience in calculating tool feeds and speeds. Able to read and implement metric prints using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
Capable of editing part programs.
Capable of creating simple programs.
Required to stand, walk, push, pull, twist, reach overhead, and bend to the floor. Regularly lifts up to 60 lbs.
Ability to climb, crawl in and on large elements or other large parts on a regular basis.
Visual acuity to read machine gauges, indicators, blueprints, and precision measuring devices.
Responsible for mechanical engineering analysis, calculation, design / documentation and production unit support as required on assigned projects. Through application of Engineering standards and the process of continuous improvement, provide reliable, high quality and cost effective product designs. The incumbent will develop, change and maintain accurate drawings and Bills of Material of parts and assemblies, as well as develop and maintain company-Engineering standards. Maintain close relationships with the production unit to promote effective communication and ensure designs meet specifications.
BSME degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to five years of experience in Engineering, preferably capital equipment, machine tool, automation, or stamping press design.
Proven design/analysis competency is required.
Knowledge of DFM/DFA procedures and processes, design of large fabrication, castings, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and knowledge of machining operations.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, FEA, kinematics and thermal analysis. Experience with MECHANICA or ANSYS, and Pro/Engineer preferred but not required.
Knowledge of applicable OSHA, ANSI, CSA standards.
General knowledge of integrated business information systems.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/PAYROLL SPECIALIST 1
Process payroll to ensure efficiency, reliability and accuracy. Process invoices and special requests for payment, including approval verification, voucher match and input in the accounts payable system. Prepare payables checks. Resolve problems that arise with suppliers.
Associates degree in Accounting or similar work experience.
At least (3) years' experience in an Accounting environment with a minimum of (2) years' experience in payroll.
Knowledge of payroll processing and the fundamentals of payroll practices, its preparation and processing.
Knowledge of federal, state and local payroll taxation and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of state sales and use tax regulations.
General knowledge of SAP ERP, Concur A/P & expense reports and ADP payroll systems.
General knowledge of the procedures in the Purchasing and Receiving departments.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with people, such as clients/customers who have concerns that must be addressed quickly.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Performs the final welding of large weldments. This includes assisting with assembling or fitting of the weldments.
Associate's degree from a trade school, community college or equivalent experience.
Five plus years' experience in the welding, fitting, or fabricating field.
Determines required equipment and welding method to plan, layout, and weld, applying knowledge of geometry, physical properties of metal machining weld shrinkage and welding techniques.
Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, bend to the floor and lift up to 60 pounds without difficulty. Operate large cranes and forklifts. Physical exposure from moving equipment and machine parts, periodically laying prone under machinery or on knees for completion of welding and mechanical tasks.
Working in confined spaces. Visual acuity for reading blueprints, especially weld symbols, and precision measuring instruments.
Subject to frequent overtime requirements, changes in job duties and assignments (often without much notice).
Ability to consider alternatives and make decisions.
PROJECT MANAGER - AMS (AFTER MARKET SERVICES)
Lead and manage the execution of assigned equipment upgrades and retrofits. Coordinate the efforts of all departments and outside suppliers involved in fulfilling the order to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist with inside sales activities. Assist in achieving department profit goals.
Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Project Management, Business, or Engineering (or related field). Project Management Certification is a plus.
Four to five years of project management, electrical engineering, or sales experience in the metal stamping or capital equipment industry.
In-depth knowledge of industry applications and requirements involving capital equipment. Experience regarding presses, feed lines, tooling, die change equipment, electrical controls, and conveying equipment is a plus.
General knowledge of capital equipment rigging and installation requirements.
Ability to travel 20% of the time.
General knowledge of planning, budget control, and pricing required for complete capital equipment upgrades, retrofits, and equipment relocations.
Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to read and comprehend mechanical and electrical drawings.
Good understanding and knowledge of general metalforming press design.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER
Candidate is responsible to assist in installation and repair of equipment. Traveling required. Instruct customers on proper maintenance and repairs, perform inspections and prepare documentation, follow manufacturers' specification, and communicate and provide feedback to management to improve customer and associate satisfaction.
Associate Degree in a technical field or vocational degree with equivalent work experience.
One to six years' experience in metal forming equipment installation and repair, mechanical drive maintenance and repair, electrical wiring and controls diagnosis and repair. General knowledge of material feeding and production line systems, rigging and millwright skills.
