Responsible for monitoring and collecting past due accounts receivable customer balances; posting daily cash receipts; printing and distributing customer invoices; reconciling accounts; preparing monthly nettings for all AIDA related companies; processing employee expense reports and providing back up for payables processing.
Associates degree in Accounting with manufacturing experience.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Accounting environment.
Knowledge of Excel, word processing software, and general ledger systems.
Knowledge of general ledger Accounting.
General knowledge of analytical techniques and procedures.
Ability to read financial statements.
General knowledge of the procedures in receivables, collections, and payables.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with people as clients/customers who have concerns that must be addressed quickly.
Ensures the accurate estimating and costing of projects and special orders provided by AIDA-America Corporation manufacturing and logistics. Responsible for the analysis, measurement, and reporting of various key elements of product costs. In addition, position serves in a support role for the tracking of manufacturing inventory movement and valuation.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Five (5) to seven (7) years of general and manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
In depth knowledge of MRP and integrated business systems is required.
Three (3) to five (5) years in depth knowledge of spreadsheets, databases and word processing programs.
Knowledge of foreign currency (for inventory valuation purposes and for entering into forward contracts).
General knowledge of international business terms and international accounting standards.
Manages database of manufacturing inventory for the purpose of valuation.
Responsible for monthly project closing for Income Statement presentation in accordance with AE GARM, including monthly percentage of completion postings and calculations of in-process project order losses.
Monitor inventories, installation costs, distributor commission and warranty activity and prepare monthly reserve analysis.
Manage warranty costs for the purpose of determining trends in cost by manufacturing plant and product type.
Produce and publish monthly Backlog Forecast.
Work with Sales Administration in determining project cost estimates and published list pricing for quoting and sales purposes.
Review and sign all press invoices.
Responsible for set up and operation of Ingersoll Machining Centers (MC and MH). Sets-up and operates other machines as required. Troubleshoots and provides assistance to other team members as needed or required to meet departmental objectives.
Provides preventative maintenance assistance as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
Three – five years' experience on large, adjustable and fixed rail machines (3.75 meters between columns) utilizing CNC control systems Fanuc, AB, etc.
Ingersoll experience preferred.
Experience in machining large castings and steel weldments.
Knowledge of current cutting tools and applications.
Experience in calculating tool feeds and speeds. Able to read and implement metric prints using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
Capable of editing part programs.
Capable of creating simple programs.
Visual acuity to read machine gauges, indicates, blueprints, and precision measuring devices.
Ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes and to take appropriate actions.
Not afraid of heights.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER
Candidate is responsible to assist in installation and repair of equipment. Traveling required. Instruct customers on proper maintenance and repairs, perform inspections and prepare documentation, follow manufacturers' specification, and communicate and provide feedback to management to improve customer and associate satisfaction.
Associate Degree in a technical field or vocational degree with equivalent work experience.
One to six years' experience in metal forming equipment installation and repair, mechanical drive maintenance and repair, electrical wiring and controls diagnosis and repair. General knowledge of material feeding and production line systems, rigging and millwright skills.
