Performs the electrical assembly of components to production machinery. This includes modifying existing customer products and building new products to customer specifications.

Associate’s degree from a trade school, community college or equivalent experience.

Three plus years capital equipment experience.

Extensive knowledge of electrical components, schematics and symbols.

Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment, along with all hand tools and power tools associated with electrical assembly.

Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, bend to the floor and lift up to 60 pounds, without difficulty.

Periodically required to work at heights of 15 to 20 feet for machine wiring, assembly or trouble shooting purposes.

Responsible for the inspection of fabricated and machined parts from internal and external sources. Thorough and accurate documentation is required to show evidence of product conformance. Responsibility to ensure that all production materials supplied to AIDA-America Corporation meet the requirements as defined by the purchase order and are in conformance with generally accepted workmanship standards. Position has the organizational authority and freedom to identify quality problems and initiate corrective action. This position will regularly be involved in cross-functional team activities focused on preventing quality issues including participation in conducting internal audits.

High School diploma / GED or equivalent experience.

Two to five years experience.

General knowledge of manual inspection techniques, including the use of calipers and micrometers. CMM / Portable CMM experience a plus.

General knowledge of the following: ISO-9001, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, problem solving tools.

General knowledge of the following: Metrology, Windows based Word-processing, Database, and Spreadsheet applications.

Working knowledge of machining, casting, and fabrication technology; heat treatment and assembly processes.


Provides assistance and administrative support to the Sales Department. Prepares customer proposals, fields daily inquiries from and to interfaces with Sales, and assists in development and maintenance of various Sales reference tools, reports and databases.

Associate's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Two to three years of progressive experience in a support or administrative capability, preferably in a capital equipment environment. Order administration, inside sales, and customer service experience are all strong plusses. In-depth experience in database management and Microsoft Office is also favorable.

Ability to organize data and numbers into usable form for ease of future reference. Must be able to coordinate across departments. Ability to work to meet deadlines. Analytical and detail oriented. Commitment to process improvement.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access. Ability to learn and use Microsoft-based CRM (customer relationship management) software package. SAP experience a strong plus.

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.


Lead and manage the execution of assigned press orders. Coordinate the efforts of all departments and outside suppliers involved in fulfilling the order to endure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist in achieving company profit goals.

A Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Project Management, Business, or Engineering (or related field). Project Management Certification is a plus.

Four to five years of project management, applications Engineering, or Sales experience in the metal stamping or capital equipment industry.

In-depth knowledge of industry applications and requirements involving capital equipment. Experience regarding presses, feed lines, tooling, die change equipment, electrical controls and conveying equipment is a plus.

General knowledge of capital equipment rigging and installation requirements.

Ability to travel 20% of the time.

General knowledge of planning, budget control, and pricing required for complete capital equipment installations.

Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

General knowledge of PC hardware and software skills used in preparing professional communications for customers. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project. Some understanding and use of AutoCAD is a plus.

Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings. Ability to follow electrical schematics is a plus.

Good understanding and knowledge of general metal forming press design.


Responsible for set up and operation of CNC (MH, MC and BSF) and Manual (240B) machining centers. Troubleshoots and provides assistance to other team members as needed or required to meet departmental objectives. Provides preventative maintenance assistance as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Good math skills including geometry and trigonometry.

Three to five years' experience on large, adjustable and fixed rail machines (3.75 meters between columns) utilizing CNC control systems Fanuc, AB, etc.

Ingersoll experience preferred.

Experience on large manual boring mills is also preferred.

Experience in machining large castings and steel weldments.

Knowledge of current cutting tools and applications.

Experience in calculating tool feeds and speeds. Able to read and implement metric prints using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).

Capable of editing part programs.

Capable of creating simple programs.

Required to stand, walk, push, pull, twist, reach overhead, and bend to the floor. Regularly lifts up to 60 lbs.

Ability to climb, crawl in and on large elements or other large parts on a regular basis.

Visual acuity to read machine gauges, indicators, blueprints, and precision measuring devices.


Candidate is responsible to assist in installation and repair of equipment. Traveling required. Instruct customers on proper maintenance and repairs, perform inspections and prepare documentation, follow manufacturers' specification, and communicate and provide feedback to management to improve customer and associate satisfaction.

Associate Degree in a technical field or vocational degree with equivalent work experience.

One to six years' experience in metal forming equipment installation and repair, mechanical drive maintenance and repair, electrical wiring and controls diagnosis and repair. General knowledge of material feeding and production line systems, rigging and millwright skills.
