MANUFACTURING SUPPORT ENGINEER
Supports all Manufacturing groups to accomplish departmental and company goals during both in-house production and at customer's sites during manufacturing led installations. Incumbent is responsible for the detail production scheduling process and its key inputs, deliverables, and relationships, analyzing production schedules for individual customers, and to expedite maximum customer satisfaction levels and "on-time" shipments. Occasional evening and/or weekends may be required, with up to 20% travel.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering, or Production Operations preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Working knowledge of Manufacturing processes or large equipment to include assembly, wiring, piping, painting, machining, and welding. Working knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, and pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams.
Proficient in general PC related software skills, including MS Word, Excel, Project, etc.
Working knowledge of MRP systems routings and Bill of Material.
In-depth knowledge of scheduling and planning.
Understanding of supply chain improvement initiatives, such as customer specific forecasting, collaborative planning, and sales and operations planning. Ability to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines.
PROJECT MANAGER - AMS (AFTER MARKET SERVICES)
Lead and manage the execution of assigned equipment upgrades and retrofits. Coordinate the efforts of all departments and outside suppliers involved in fulfilling the order to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist with inside sales activities. Assist in achieving department profit goals.
Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Project Management, Business, or Engineering (or related field). Project Management Certification is a plus.
Four to five years of project management, electrical engineering, or sales experience in the metal stamping or capital equipment industry.
In-depth knowledge of industry applications and requirements involving capital equipment. Experience regarding presses, feed lines, tooling, die change equipment, electrical controls, and conveying equipment is a plus.
General knowledge of capital equipment rigging and installation requirements.
Ability to travel 20% of the time.
General knowledge of planning, budget control, and pricing required for complete capital equipment upgrades, retrofits, and equipment relocations.
Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to read and comprehend mechanical and electrical drawings.
Good understanding and knowledge of general metalforming press design.
APPLICATION ENGINEER/SENIOR PRODUCT ENGINEER
Assures that assigned products meet market needs and strategic business plans. You will be responsible for identifying potential for creating new product opportunities and existing product upgrades and modifications to assure continued market leadership. This includes companies to explore future technology and market opportunities. Responsible for supporting the Sales effort thru product training, competitive analysis, providing technical seminars and articles, as well as support on sales calls and at technical meetings.
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. An MBA preferred but not required.
Minimum ten years' experience with stamping press products and customers
In depth knowledge of metalforming press design, features and benefits
In depth knowledge of Product Management
General knowledge of market research including market analysis and competitive evaluation to lead the product development team
In depth knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics and installation of press systems
General knowledge of costing structures, pricing strategies, product planning market analysis and competitive evaluation

Perform the assembly and disassembly of production machinery. Includes modifying existing customer products and building new products to customer specifications.
Associate's degree from a trade school, community college, or equivalent experience.
Five plus years of capital equipment experience.
Ability and knowledge to use hand and power tools, able to use large assembly drawings, familiar with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Thorough understanding of assembly processes to include pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical assembly, torque setting equipment, alignment levels, and lasers.
Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment to include lathes, mills, surface grinders, polishers, and welding equipment. Should have above average experience with use of fork trucks and overhead cranes.
Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, bend to the floor and lift up to 60 pounds without difficulty. Some ladder climbing.
Visual acuity for reading machine dial gauges, electrical diagrams, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments. Auditory acuity to monitor machine sound changes in order to diagnose and remedy equipment problems.
Ability to consider alternatives and make decisions.
Perform the electrical assembly of components to production machinery. This includes modifying existing customer products and building new products to customer specifications.

Five plus years of capital equipment experience.
Extensive knowledge of electrical components, schematics, and symbols.
Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment, along with all hand tools and power tools associated with electrical assembly.

Subject to frequent overtime requirements, changes in job duties and assignments (often without much notice), constant or frequent deadline pressures. Capability of using shop floor computer terminals and data recording.
Occasional travel to customer sites for initial installation. Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER
Candidate is responsible to assist in installation and repair of equipment. Traveling required. Instruct customers on proper maintenance and repairs, perform inspections and prepare documentation, follow manufacturers' specification, and communicate and provide feedback to management to improve customer and associate satisfaction.
Associate Degree in a technical field or vocational degree with equivalent work experience.
One to six years' experience in metal forming equipment installation and repair, mechanical drive maintenance and repair, electrical wiring and controls diagnosis and repair. General knowledge of material feeding and production line systems, rigging and millwright skills.
