AIDA Coil Feeder Line Features
- Automation of threading operations from the uncoiler up to the die.
- The optional release amount can be automatically set for the thickness of the material currently being run, thereby freeing you from making laborious release amount settings.
- Zigzag Feed Function (Optional equipment) reduces scrap and lowers cost.
- 4.6 inch HMI displays operational status and maintenance information for reduction of hours of work. 3-languages operator display is standard. (English, Japanese, Chinese)
- The straightener feeder entrance is equipped with lever lock-type side guides and the uncoiler is equipped with side-type guides, and both types can be adjusted without using any tools.
