Quality Manager
Lead, develop, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) while championing continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. This position partners cross-functionally with operations, engineering, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure compliance, performance excellence, and customer satisfaction.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
Seven plus years of relevant quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
Two to three years of supervisory experience preferred.
Technical expertise: strong knowledge of ISO9000 requirements and QMS implementation.
In-depth understanding of inspection techniques and instrumentation.
