PROJECT ENGINEER Performs project coordination, technical design and customer interaction on assigned division projects from proposal sign off to run off sign off. Plans and maintains project schedules to assure on-time complete deliveries within budget.

Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Business, or Engineering (or related field). Project Management Certification is a plus.

Four to five years of Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or Sales experience in the metal stamping or capital equipment industry.
Provides proposal advice to AMS Manager.
Establish and issue project schedule(s).
Ability to travel 20% of the time.
Report critical project dates; primary invoice timing - origination for progress payments.

SERVICE PARTS MANAGER Responsible for all aspects of parts management, parts sales, customer interaction, generation of parts reports and activities, and management of third party suppliers.

Four-year business degree or Associate's Degree with equivalent work experience.

Five or more years' experience with the following:
Inventory control and management.
Customer interaction.
Parts sales quotation, order entry and invoicing, shipping and receiving of parts.
Sourcing and managing third party supplier and internal purchase orders.
General knowledge of integrated business information systems.

SALES ADMINISTRATOR Provides administrative support for the Sales Group, prepares customer proposals, field daily inquiries from and to interface with Sales, and to assistance in the development and maintenance of various Sales reference tools, reports and databases.

Associate's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Two to three years of progressive experience in a support or administrative capability, preferable in a capital equipment environment. Order administration, inside sales, or customer service experience are all strong plusses. In-depth experience in database management and Microsoft Office is also favorable.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access. Ability to learn and use Microsoft-based CRM (customer relationship management) software package. SAP experience a strong plus.

Ability to work additional hours as required by workload.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR I Provide telephone and administrative support to the Customer Service Manager and Service associates. Support customers by assisting with telephone support for service repairs and service parts.

High school degree required with Associates Degree in Business Manager a plus.

Two to five years of organizational and filing experience in a growing or large volume business. Three to five years of experience in word processing and spreadsheet software. One to three years of internal or external telephone support experience.
Prior experience in scheduling or parts support a plus but not required.

Receive, log and maintain command sheets for press installation.
Open installation service orders, create and update folders, and Manufacturing checklists and open items lists.
New Install Partner set up and New Equipment set up in SAP.
Update Warranty information, create folders for new presses and new customer.
Open all other service orders.
Receive, verify, input, copy, and distribute Service Technicians timesheets/expense reports.

CNC PROGRAMMER Develop, test, and implement piece part programs for 5 axis portal mill style machines, 4 axis machining centers and 4 axis lathes. Implement processes and standards that produce component parts that meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

B.S. – Engineering in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required.
Associates degree and 10+ years of related experience also acceptable.

Two to five years working with the documenting assembly requirements.

Knowledge of DFM/DFA techniques with the ability to interact with related departments (e.g., Engineering, Planning, Quality).
In depth knowledge of machining principles and techniques.

Experience with Fanuc 15M and G&L 8000 series controls preferred but not required.

Ability to read and interpret blue prints and explain them to others. Work with 2nd shift as required.
Proficiency in using parametric technologies, Pro-E software and Pro-Mfg. software to create programs for in-house part machining.
Have a basic understanding of A-APT (machine programming language) software to create programs for in-house part machining when implemented.
Capable of using current computer software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access).

CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER Candidate is responsible to assist in installation and repair of equipment. Traveling required. Instruct customers on proper maintenance and repairs, perform inspections and prepare documentation, follow manufacturers' specification, and communicate and provide feedback to management to improve customer and associate satisfaction. Candidate must reside in close proximity to Alabama.

Associate Degree in a technical field or vocational degree with equivalent work experience. One to six years' experience in metal forming equipment installation and repair, mechanical drive maintenance and repair, electrical wiring and controls diagnosis and repair. General knowledge of material feeding and production line systems, rigging and millwright skills.
