24-Hour Emergency Phone Support

Your AIDA Service Agreement includes priority service response with 24-hour emergency phone support. If a Service Leader does not contact you within 24 hours of an emergency service request, you will receive an additional 5% discount on your invoice if a technician is dispatched.

AIDA makes it simple to begin a Service Agreement and even easier to maintain one. There are no fees to enroll, no penalties to cancel, and no long-term obligations. To enroll, simply return a signed Service Agreement and issue a purchase order for a Preventative Maintenance Inspection on your AIDA equipment. Your Service Agreement and corresponding discount become active upon receipt of the signed agreement and P.O., allowing your discounts and benefits to start right away.
