Cold Forging Transfer Press CFT From 400 - 1,200 Tons

Press Information & Overview
Cold Forging Transfer Press, CFT Overview
The AIDA CFT, Cold Forging Transfer Press, employs a unique transfer mechanism. Because it is completely different from transfer processing of sheet metals, the timing of punch up-stroking, knockout stroking, and transfer motion for automating cold forging processing is a critical problem to be solved. Timing adjustment of the lower knockout, however, makes transfer processing possible. Two-dimensional, three-dimensional, and grip transfer mechanisms are optionally available.

AIDA CFT Cold Forging Transfer Press Features
- Consistent product precision with uniform quality
- Material flow is smoother by continuous processing and strength is improved
- Storage space for semi-finished products is reduced
- Safety is enhanced because automation and setup time is drastically shortened
- Easy die changing thanks to die lifting equipment
- Improved product accuracy and longer die life are results of minimal slide inclination caused by eccentric load
Flow Control Forming
Combining Conventional Stamping & Cold ForgingThe benefits of Flow Control Forming (FCF) include the ability to produce high precision components with high added value, at lower costs. Both progressive forming using coil stock and transfer forming using blanks are possible with FCF.
HOLP
Hydraulic Overload Protection SystemAIDA's press technology - the industry's fastest protection system. When overload occurs, oil evacuates 360 degrees around the ball seat with minimum oil flow resistance as compared to conventional systems
